Q: Where do you source your fabrics?

A:  All our prints are sourced directly from local markets.

Q: Why does the print of one accessory vary slightly to another?

A: Though the same print materials are used for collections, the design of the accessory may vary slightly as the pieces are made from different parts of the material and as all our pieces are handmade, there is a possibility of slight variations.

Q: How can I check if an item will fit my child?

A: Check out our Sizing Charts before purchasing. Although if there is a particular addition you would like, eg. longer skirt, smaller waist, add a note to your order.

Q: Do you have a physical store?

A: We are currently working on having several pop up stores around London, dates and location will be announced via our newsletter and our social media, make sure you are following us and have signed up to our newsletter.

Q: My child has a huge following on social media, would you be interested in collaborating?

A: Currently we are not looking for brand reps or influencers, but look out on our Instagram page or Facebook page where will do a call for Reps in the future! 

Shipping and Delivery Questions

Q: How long is the processing time?

A: It usually take a week from order to dispatch the items, as each item is handmade. For the most up to date turnaround time, check our Instagram page.

Q: How are my items posted?

A: All items are sent via Royal Mail and are tracked! You will receive a tracking code once your item has been shipped. There is an option to pick 1st or 2nd Class Tracked and Signed, when checking out.

All international order are 1st Class Tracked and Signed

Q: I know you are based in the UK, but do you ship to my country?

A: Yes, we are based in London, UK but we ship worldwide! Just select international shipping at the checkout for tracked and signed delivery.

Q: Can I get a refund if the item is unsuitable or faulty?

A: Here at Made By CiCi, will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resell-able condition.
Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense, unless item is faulty, and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store
credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed
through email.
We will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
